Cassie is the best!! She takes her time to talk to you and explain things like no other doctor. I would highly recommend Cassie to any of my family and friends. Actually my son went to see her about a couple of weeks ago.. he was also very pleased with her professionalism and also her mannerism.

While Dr Downing was very nice, the leg work and ethics of the company is not up to par. I waited for an appointment for months for my son. Okay, fine. When I arrive, I completed paperwork, pay an $75 co pay, and waited about 50 minutes to be called back. The visit was less than 5 minutes, with about 45 seconds of it being with Dr Downing. I was told by the nurse that I needed prior authorization from my insurance for a wart removal for my son. After going back and forth with questions, we left disappointed and feeling scammed. A few days later, we were called back with the news that the insurance company approved it. (Why this wasn’t done months ahead of time-beats me!) So we schedule another appointment and return only for the front desk to mumble under her breath that I owe ANOTHER $75 co-pay. She appeared to not want to tell me, but had to. I refused to pay another co-pay since I was coming back because of the circumstances. I told her there was no work done at the first appointment. It wasn’t even a consult! She told me if the Dr steps foot in the room, it is counted as a visit. WHAT A SCAM!! I was not going to pay another $75 for your staff to con me again and tell me I owe additional money for services once I’ve entered the room. Needless to say, we left with nothing resolved. So if you enjoy being disappointed, blind sided, and you love surprises, the Polley Clinic in Wilson is the place to go!!

Dr McGee is awesome!!! She and her staff are very welcoming a professional. I was referred to her by a co-worker and I'm grateful for the referral. I have been to three other dermatologist with no real diagnosis. After one visit with Dr McGee I was diagnosed, put on a treatment plan and Im feeling and doing much better. I can see the difference in my skin. I give Dr McGee a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend!!!
