Focused and thorough. There was one admin glitch in that I saw I had a msg from admin and just assumed it was a reminder of my appt. When I came in for my 10:30, was told that it was cancelled as I had not responded. Well, my non response means I’m on track. I’ve never missed an appt in all these years. It was all mute though as an opening came up for a 10:45 Appt so I flowed right in. Tom
